Clayborn & Associates, LLC represents a number of lenders that provide loans to small or intermediate sized companies and entrepreneurs. We have experience with SBA-guaranteed loans granted pursuant to Section 504 of the CARES Act, the Paycheck Protection Program, and other loan programs. We assist our clients with the preparation and review of loan applications, due diligence, and loan closing requirements imposed by various lenders. Clayborn and Associates drafts the loan documents for these lenders and assists them with loan submission and verification. We also conduct the review of title policies and assist with the resolution of title issues. Finally, upon satisfaction of payment, we prepare the releases of collateral and the termination of security agreements.
